The “S” of R & S Wastes Systems, Inc., Sally Weihs oversees the day to day operations of the office. As Vice President and co-owner she is the creative link for the company in charge of marketing. Sally was the driving force behind the creation and sales of a cookbook entitled “You Eat the Best We Take the Rest”, a collection of over 800 of their customer’s favorite recipes. Over $4100 was raised through sales and donated to the local food banks. Sally has been in the solid waste industry for over 30 years continually striving to make sure everyone knows that “Big Blue” is the very best in the trash removal, recycling and on site storage business.

Normally you will see Dick operating Unit #8. Dick, route supervisor, brings over ten years of experience in service to our customers. His hard work and commitment to service are only two of the attributes he brings to R & S Waste Systems, Inc. We are proud to have him as a part of our team.

Matt has been with R & S Waste Systems, Inc. for over six years. He usually runs the roll off service truck. Our customers can be confident that their roll off container will be delivered and placed in the appropriate spot on time. All with a smile.

Always on the go there is never a dull moment for Bob as he runs the recycling route. He brings six + years of professional service to R & S Waste Systems, Inc. customers. His hard work and dedication to customer service does not go unnoticed.

Jeremy can usually be found driving Unit # 5 on his daily runs. Even though he has only been with R & S Waste Systems, Inc. since late summer of ’06 he has quickly become a very important member to our team by providing excellent service to clients.

The latest member of our professional team is Mauricio. He operates Unit #1. His enthusiasm and commitment to customers has already proven to be a great asset to R & S Waste Systems, Inc.

You could call Todd our “Jack of all trades”. Todd has been our permanent part-time employee for over six years. His flexibility and capability to pitch in wherever needed makes him a valued part of the company. 

Always happy to help customers with questions, Geri is a valuable asset to the office staff. She comes to R & S Waste Systems, Inc. with over 10 years in customer relations. We know that she will continue to add important ideas and excellence in customer service to the company.

What a life! Footsie has the purrfect job at R & S Waste Systems, Inc. as the head 
trash-can chair guardian. His days are spent sleeping, napping and snoozing. It is the “cat’s meow” of a job. We all envy him.
